WATCH | Sinaloa drug lords who fed victims to tigers indicted

The US Department of Justice has indicted 28 members of the Sinaloa cartel, including sons of El Chapo, for distributing fentanyl across the United States. The cartel is accused of torture, murder, and various other heinous crimes, such as feeding people – dead and alive – to tigers. The department is offering $56 million in rewards for information on the cartel.
